Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if payment fails or if billing information is inaccurate or outdated.

You may not interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse Quantum Billing or the systems connected to it.

You may not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, collect user information without permission, send spam, or use automated tools to abuse the service.

You may not use Quantum Billing in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, harms others, or competes with Quantum Billing through unauthorized copying of the service.

Quantum Billing, its software, design, trademarks, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of business data and content you submit to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, display, back up, and operate that content for the purpose of providing the service.

Feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests you send to us may be used without restriction or compensation, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

Quantum Billing may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or business services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, purchases, services, outages, or practices.
